Toy Story Movie Breakfast

Last weekend we had a Toy Story Movie breakfast! Matt has been working second shift, so I have been trying to get creative while still getting our movies in before our trip! We started the fun with breakfast. 

On the menu:

Woody's Waffles 

Buzz's Bacon

Mr. Potato Head's hashbrowns

Bo Peep's Oranges

Alien Milk (green food coloring in milk)

After breakfast we had a Astro Blaster war with nerf guns!

We also played "Pass the Asteroid" with a ball of tin foil and Disney music!

We also had fun playing with Mr. Potato Head and our collection of Disney pieces for him! Then we all snuggled for some movie watching fun. 

There are many fun Toy Story opportunities at the Disney parks...from meeting characters to fun attractions! Toy Story Midway Mania and Buzz Lightyear Space Ranger Spin are two of our favorites!

Movie Night- The Best of Roger Rabbit

Today's movie night was "The Best of Roger Rabbit". I found this VHS on Amazon, but they also have Roger Rabbit cartoons on YouTube! I chose this movie based on "Roger Rabbit's Car Toon Spin" at Disneyland! This ride was down while we were at Disneyland last, but will be open this trip! The kids had NO idea who Roger Rabbit was, so this was a fun movie to do! 

I don't know a lot about Roger Rabbit either, but I did the best I could! We colored Roger Rabbit pictures....

We also dyed our Easter eggs as an activity. Roger Rabbit....Easter bunny...it's a stretch but it worked. Ha!

Roger Rabbit Sandwiches

Baby Herman's Baby carrots and dip

Weasel mix (Gardetto snack mix) 

Jessica's Paint Shop juice (lemonade with food coloring)

They watched the cartoons VERY intently! It will be really fun to ride this ride in a few weeks with them knowing the characters!
